Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) integration and Customer Service Management (CSM) . Hands-on experience with MCO Core and Service Model Foundation . In-depth understanding of Sales and Order Management Core within ServiceNow. Proven track record delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments .
