Perform gap analysis between installations and entitlements. Develop license compliance and audit-ready reports. Manage true-up processes and vendor audits with Procurement and Legal. Maintain data integrity across software catalog, CMDB, and entitlements. Build workflows for software requests, approvals, provisioning, and de-provisioning. Analyze usage patterns and recommend optimization opportunities. Integrate SAM with contract and vendor management modules. Define and enforce policies to ensure software compliance. Preferred key skills required: 3 –4 years of experience Good knowledge of operating systems, servers, hardware environment, software licensing, etc., preferred ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITAM, HAM/SAM Specialist preferred.
