Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Gurugram (5 Days work from office )

Job Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, and related modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuration, scripting, and integration on the NowPlatform, with a passion for optimizing workflows and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, etc.).
• Build workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, MID server, and web services.
• Participate in Agile delivery, UAT, demos, and code reviews.
• Implement best practices in data governance, security, and performance.
• Support BAU and platform enhancements.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, AngularJS, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and App Engine Studio.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and asset lifecycle management.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator & Developer (preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ITOM, SAM, HAM.
• Airline industry exposure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,640,000.00 per year
