Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – Infrastructure & Compute SRE Focus

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise in developing Service Catalogs—especially within Infrastructure and Compute SRE domains. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong foundation in ServiceNow development and integrations, with the ability to work closely with global stakeholders and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust Service Catalogs, primarily for Infrastructure and Compute SRE services.
• Collaborate with SRE and infrastructure teams to translate technical service offerings into user-friendly catalog items and workflows.
• Build and support API integrations with third-party platforms to streamline compute services.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of deployed ServiceNow applications.
• Provide post-implementation Hyper Care support to ensure smooth transition and early issue resolution.
• Work in an agile development environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven expertise in:
• Service Catalog creation
• Workflow automation
• Compute SRE or Infrastructure service areas
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and platform configuration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Virtual Agent development and configuration.
• Experience with DevSecOps concepts and API development/integration.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM) are a plus.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and change management processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹603,152.59 - ₹1,910,707.35 per year
