We're seeking an experienced Automobile Service Manager to oversee our automotive service operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and high-quality repairs. You'll lead a team of technicians, manage service advisors, and drive continuous improvement.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage and lead a team of automotive technicians and service advisors

- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repairs

- Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth

- Monitor and improve service processes, procedures, and standards

- Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions

- Manage inventory, budgets, and resource allocation

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in automotive service management or leadership

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety standards
