Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end service delivery for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resource planning, project transformation, cost management, client coordination, service improvement, and governance. You will play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅Service Delivery Management: Ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery across projects; monitor SLAs and KPIs.

✅Resource Management: Allocate and optimize internal resources to meet project demands and timelines.

✅Project Transformation: Drive transformation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

✅Cost Management: Monitor budgets and control costs without compromising service quality.

✅Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients; build and maintain strong relationships to understand and meet their needs.

✅Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation of best practices.

✅Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

✅Proven experience in service delivery, operations, or IT project management roles.

✅Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

✅Ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.

✅Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and cost optimization.

✅PMP/ITIL certification is a plus.
