Service Coordinator

Role Overview- The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in the after-sales service team, acting as the link between the customer, field technicians, and internal departments. This is an operations-heavy role best suited for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor daily service logs and service ticket updates. Coordinate with field service engineers to assign tasks and track resolution timelines. Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for service calls, complaints, and feedback. Prepare and maintain reports on vehicle uptime, downtime, and pending issues. Manage inventory of spare parts and raise requests for replenishment. Assist in creating service invoices, quotations, and job cards on the company’s system (Zoho Books or equivalent). Work closely with the operations and factory team to schedule preventive maintenance and vehicle dispatches. Handle service documentation and update AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records. Requirements - Minimum 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, preferably in automotive, electric vehicles, or engineering services. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language (Tamil). Strong proficiency in MS Excel, email etiquette, and preferably experience with Zoho Books/CRM.
