Position: Sales and Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive What You'll Do: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present and promote our range of electric vehicles. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: 2 years of experience in field sales within the electric vehicle or a related industry. A solid understanding of the electric vehicle space. Proficiency in English (mandatory), Tamil, Hindi or the local state language. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. We are Tri Electric Private Limited (AQUILA EV) – one of India’s leading manufacturers of electric vehicles for in-campus and off-road mobility. With over 2000+ carts in operation across iconic locations like the Statue of Unity, IIT campuses, and Ayodhya Ram Mandir, we pride ourselves on product quality and dependable after-sales service. Role Overview- The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in the after-sales service team, acting as the link between the customer, field technicians, and internal departments. This is an operations-heavy role best suited for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor daily service logs and service ticket updates. Coordinate with field service engineers to assign tasks and track resolution timelines. Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for service calls, complaints, and feedback. Prepare and maintain reports on vehicle uptime, downtime, and pending issues. Manage inventory of spare parts and raise requests for replenishment. Assist in creating service invoices, quotations, and job cards on the company’s system (Zoho Books or equivalent). Work closely with the operations and factory team to schedule preventive maintenance and vehicle dispatches. Handle service documentation and update AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records. Requirements - Minimum 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, preferably in automotive, electric vehicles, or engineering services. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language (Tamil). Strong proficiency in MS Excel, email etiquette, and preferably experience with Zoho Books/CRM.
