Job Description

The Service Coordinator will work closely with our Duty Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.


Education and Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream), preferably with a knowledge of Computer Science or a related field

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Be communicative and social, assertive and enthusiastic

• Adaptability to work in rotational shifts if needed

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Organizational and attention to detail
