Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to customers regarding service schedules, feedback, AMC renewals, and preventive maintenance appointments. Inbound Calls: Attend to customer queries, service requests, and complaints efficiently and escalate to the concerned team when necessary. Service Allocation: Coordinate and allocate service jobs to the field service team based on skill sets, location, and urgency. Expenses Tracking: Monitor, verify, and record all service-related expenses and ensure timely reporting to the finance department. Voucher Creation: Prepare and manage service vouchers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing. AMC Renewal Management: Track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) due for renewal, communicate with customers, and assist the sales/service team in closure. Customer Feedback Collection: Obtain and document customer feedback post-service to help the company maintain and improve service quality. Preventive Maintenance Allocation: Schedule and assign preventive maintenance visits to the service team as per the contract terms and ensure timely execution.   Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a similar back-office or customer support role (preferred). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organizational and time management skills.
