Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Team Lead to join our growing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO strategy, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for digital marketing. You will be responsible for managing a team of SEO executives, leading SEO campaigns, analyzing performance, and delivering consistent results aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SEO Executives.
• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality.
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain consistency and accuracy in team outputs.
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits, technical analysis, and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.
• Brainstorm and implement innovative SEO growth strategies.
• Communicate with clients on project updates, timelines, reports, and deliverables.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
• Coordinate content strategies aligned with SEO goals (general and keyword-specific).
• Drive link-building campaigns and collaborate with the content/social media teams.
• Monitor and analyze search results, website performance, and recommend improvements.
• Create and deliver weekly and monthly reports to clients.
• Handle freelance projects and manage client expectations on hourly platforms.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO, digital marketing, and search engine algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (on-page and off-page).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading an SEO team.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in client communication and project management.
• Proficient with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, SEO audits, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with managing hourly/freelance projects on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
• BTech or equivalent degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
