SEO Specialist

Position: SEO Specialist Job Location: Delhi Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years Qualification: bachelor’s degree Job Brief: We are looking for a skilled and performance-oriented SEO Specialist with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our digital marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful SEO initiatives, optimize digital assets, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing strategists to enhance our online visibility and organic search performance. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical domains Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking for maximum visibility and performance Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site health, crawlability, and speed Monitor and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Lead backlink-building initiatives through white-hat outreach and digital PR Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, tech, product) to implement SEO best practices Stay ahead of algorithm updates, search trends, and emerging technologies to adapt strategies accordingly Requirements: 3–5 years of proven SEO experience with demonstrable results in traffic growth and keyword ranking Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, and content optimization Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and how web technologies affect SEO Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate a Team HR - 9690014351 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
