About the Company:

MotionGility is an AI-powered marketing agency and India’s leading Animated Explainer Video Company. We help brands create impactful stories through creative visuals and result-driven marketing strategies. We are currently expanding our digital team and looking for an experienced SEO Executive to boost our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
• Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for on-page SEO.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend/implement fixes.
• Collaborate with content writers to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Manage and build backlinks through white-hat link-building practices.
• Track and analyze website analytics, keyword rankings, and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and KPIs.
• Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven 1–3 years of experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
