Monitor sensors for accuracy, reliability, and safety compliance. 6. Electrical Hoists Maintenance Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical hoists used in the assembly process. Ensure safe and smooth operation, adhering to safety standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. 3–8 years of experience in robotic assembly line maintenance or industrial automation. Hands-on expertise in: PLC troubleshooting and communication networks. Siemens and SEW drive systems. Vision system maintenance and troubleshooting. Sensing device installation and calibration. Electrical hoist maintenance. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
