About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant to manage our organization's tax filings, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize tax strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in GST, TDS, income tax, and general Indian taxation laws, with strong analytical and communication skills to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file accurate GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns in a timely manner.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial records and transactions to identify tax-saving opportunities and support informed decision-making.
• Advisory Services: Provide strategic tax planning advice to optimize tax positions and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Audit Preparation: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits; ensure timely response to audit queries.
• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain and manage accurate financial records including journal entries, general ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Software Proficiency: Work efficiently using Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools for reporting and analysis.
• Team Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams, external auditors, and government agencies as needed.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter/CMA preferred).
• 7–8 years of hands-on experience in taxation, accounting, and audit functions.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and bookkeeping practices.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation system.
• Strong understanding of journal entries, financial statements, and audit processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
