Job Summary:

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full recruitment process (posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Find candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sources
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Keep track of candidates and update them regularly
  • Maintain hiring data and share reports with the team
  • Support projects like employer branding and diversity hiring
  • Guide and support junior recruiters if needed
  • Ensure a great candidate experience

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS systems
  • Experience hiring for different types of roles (tech and non-tech)
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Able to multitask and stay organized

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in employer branding and diversity hiring
  • Worked in both agency and in-house recruitment
  • Knowledge of hiring laws and best practices
