Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and oversee the construction of buildings and other structures to ensure they are safe, sustainable, and capable of withstanding stress and pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience with civil/structural design codes, construction practices, and strong project execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, industrial structures, and infrastructure using software like STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculation reports.
• Evaluate structural systems and materials to ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards (IS codes, BS, ACI, etc.).
• Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and other engineering disciplines to finalize designs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to contractors and junior engineers.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
• Analyze load paths, support conditions, and resolve issues during project execution.
• Participate in value engineering and cost optimization discussions.
• Ensure all design and documentation is delivered within timelines.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in structural design and analysis tools (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit Structure, etc.).
• Familiarity with drafting software like AutoCAD, Tekla (for steel detailing), etc.
• Good understanding of national and international building codes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in RCC and steel structure design.
• Prior work experience in industrial, residential, or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of BIM and 3D modeling tools is a plus.
• Exposure to site construction supervision is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
