Senior Software Engineer – (Vlocity)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Vlocity to contribute to the development and delivery of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.

As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with solution architects, guide technical implementations, and mentor fellow engineers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Refine and scope upcoming sprint work with stakeholders
• Assist solution architects in designing and breaking down complex technical tasks
• Deliver assigned tickets on time while meeting acceptance criteria
• Conduct investigations into emerging technologies to assess project feasibility
• Ensure adherence to code quality standards through peer reviews
• Collaborate with other teams to align integration tasks and APIs
• Partner with QA teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues
• Mentor junior team members to enhance overall technical expertise

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering
• Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) experience with Omniscripts, EPC, and Integration Procedures
• At least 5 years working with Salesforce including declarative and programmatic capabilities
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with familiarity in Experience Cloud
• Use of Git or similar version control systems
• Background in agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Skills in delivering scalable, reliable systems with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
