About the Role We seek a highly skilled and data-driven Senior SEO Expert to lead and scale our search engine optimisation efforts. This role will be critical in shaping our organic growth strategy, driving high-quality traffic, and improving overall search visibility. You’ll work cross-functionally with content, product, design, and engineering teams to ensure best-in-class SEO practices are integrated across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits Optimise website structure, on-page content, and technical elements for search engine indexing and crawling Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimised content Work closely with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements (e.g., site speed, structured data, canonicalisation, mobile friendliness) Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Provide regular reporting on key SEO KPIs, including traffic, rankings, and conversions Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices Lead link-building initiatives and manage external SEO vendors if necessary Mentor junior SEO specialists and provide strategic guidance across departments Requirements 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a senior or leadership role Proven track record of improving search rankings, growing organic traffic, and driving conversions Strong understanding of both technical and content SEO Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus Ability to communicate complex SEO insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Female candidates preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
