Bulwark Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations for premium plotted developments in North Bangalore.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team and channel partners
• Build strong relationships with brokers, banking, and consulting firms
• Plan site visits, customer engagements, and sales events
• Monitor performance and prepare regular reports
• Design incentive programs to drive results
• 5–8 years of real estate sales experience with A-grade developers in Bangalore
• Strong broker network and connections in North Bangalore
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to lead teams and drive new initiatives
• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• High standards of professionalism and integrity
