About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic technology and business leader with over 5+ years of experience in the Cloud industry to join our team. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, managing complex client relationships, and delivering innovative cloud-based solutions that address our clients’ most critical challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cloud architecture, digital transformation, security, and enterprise solution design, coupled with strong leadership capabilities and an ability to drive successful sales initiatives in the cloud space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution:

    Build and execute strategic sales plans for cloud services and solutions, aligning with business goals and market opportunities. Drive the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring consistent revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Leadership & Team Building:

    Lead, mentor, and manage diverse, high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Guide teams to ensure the successful execution of large-scale, complex cloud projects while delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Client & CXO-Level Engagements:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, offering strategic guidance on cloud technologies, digital transformation, and security. Establish your credibility as a trusted advisor to help shape client strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work collaboratively with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Delivery, and Product) to drive end-to-end project execution and ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standards.
  • Innovation & Digitalization:

    Act as a change agent by identifying opportunities for digitalization and process transformation within client organizations. Leverage your expertise in cloud technologies to introduce innovative, scalable solutions that solve client challenges.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Management:

    Build and nurture partnerships with global OEMs, ISVs, SIs, and startups, driving strategic collaborations to expand business opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Thought Leadership:

    Stay ahead of industry trends and market changes, presenting thought leadership at industry events, client meetings, and workshops. Represent the company’s vision and values at all levels of customer engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years

    of proven experience in the Cloud industry, with a strong background in cloud architecture, digital transformation, security, and enterprise solution design.
  • Leadership Skills:

    Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and delivering on large-scale projects.
  • Sales Expertise:

    Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex, competitive environment.
  • CXO Engagement:

    Strong experience in managing and building relationships with C-suite executives, with a deep understanding of their business challenges and how cloud technologies can address them.
  • Partnership Development:

    Experience in managing and nurturing relationships with global OEMs, ISVs, SIs, and startups.
  • Problem-Solving:

    A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for technology innovation and a hands-on approach to solving complex business problems.
  • Digital Transformation Expertise:

    Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives within client organizations, with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and their application in solving business challenges.
  • Strong Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
