🚨 Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Channel Sales (Security & Networking Products)

📍 Location: Bhopal – Upcountry Region

🕒 Experience: 1 to 2 Years

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

We are a rapidly expanding brand in the Electronic Security and IT Solutions industry, offering a wide range of products such as CCTV surveillance systems, wireless networking (AP/CPE), biometric attendance devices, and IT peripherals. Our sales network is 100% B2B, and we operate entirely through channel partners and distributor networks.


🔹 Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to handle distributor channel sales across Bhopal and nearby upcountry regions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in channel sales, specifically in electronics, security, or IT hardware, and a solid understanding of the distribution model.


✅ Key Responsibilities:

Handle and grow the existing distributor & dealer network in the assigned territory


Identify, appoint, and onboard new channel partners in potential areas


Drive sales of company products:


CCTV & Security Systems


Wireless AP/CPE & Networking Products


Biometric & Access Control Devices


IT Peripherals (e.g., routers, switches, etc.)


Conduct product training & demos for channel partners


Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through B2B distribution model


Resolve channel queries and ensure smooth order processing


Coordinate with internal technical/support teams for client needs


Regular market visits, competitor analysis, and reporting to management


🎯 Candidate Profile:

1–2 years of experience in B2B channel/distributor sales (preferred industries: CCTV, IT hardware, networking, security systems, biometrics)


Strong knowledge of CCTV technology, networking basics, wireless APs/CPEs, and IT products


Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills


Ability to travel regularly within Bhopal & upcountry markets


Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of independent field work
