Senior Sales Application Specialist

Position Overview – Ahmedabad (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves a blend of technical support, sales development, dealer management, and customer relationship management, with the goal of growing our presence in the region and delivering high-value solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support and application-based guidance to customers.

* Demonstrate product functionality and offer suitable solutions based on customer needs.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Manage and support dealers in the region to ensure effective product promotion and sales execution.

* Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

* Offer on-site support and collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback.

* Share market intelligence and competitor insights with the management team.

* Travel as needed within the region to support customer engagement, dealer visits, and business development.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

* Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or technical application support.

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

* Familiarity with CRM/sales tools and proficiency in reporting.

* Sound understanding of the local market, dealer networks, and industry landscape.

* Experience in the manufacturing or engineering tools industry is required.
