Senior React.js Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React.js Developer to lead the development of dynamic and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies, with a proven ability to deliver clean, scalable, and high-performance code. This role demands both technical leadership and hands-on development expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of advanced web applications using React.js.
• Translate complex business requirements and UI/UX designs into functional, performant code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Manage state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in React and front-end development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development standards and team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, and component lifecycle.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Proficient with Git, Webpack, Babel, and other modern development tools.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Firebase, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
