Senior Python Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Python Developer with strong skills in Computer Vision, OCR, Object Detection (YOLO), and GUI application development using Tkinter. The ideal candidate will work on end-to-end solutions that involve processing images and videos in real-time, designing intuitive GUIs, and integrating AI-powered vision models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain computer vision applications using OpenCV (cv2) and NumPy.
• Design and build responsive desktop GUIs using Tkinter.
• Integrate and optimize YOLO-based object detection systems (YOLOv5, YOLOv8, or YOLO-NAS).
• Implement OCR pipelines using libraries like Tesseract OCR, EasyOCR, or similar.
• Handle real-time image/video feeds (including RTSP streams).
• Use multi-threading (threading module) to manage background processing without blocking the GUI.
• Save and load models/configurations using pickle.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy custom-trained models.
• Optimize performance for speed and accuracy across various devices (including edge devices).
• Maintain codebase with good documentation and version control (Git).

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience with Python.
• Deep knowledge of OpenCV (cv2) for video/image processing.
• GUI development expertise using Tkinter.
• Object detection model integration using YOLO (You Only Look Once).
• Experience in OCR using tools like Tesseract, EasyOCR, etc.
• Excellent understanding of NumPy operations.
• Serialization/deserialization with pickle.
• Multithreading for parallel and non-blocking operations.
• Familiarity with camera streams (USB/IP/RTSP).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX model integration.
• Exposure to PyQt or other Python GUI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Raspberry Pi or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of image pre-processing techniques to improve OCR accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and deployment tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
