Senior Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Management

· Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

· Develop detailed work schedules and ensure timely completion.

• Client Coordination

· Serve as the main point of contact for clients.

· Understand client requirements and ensure their vision is executed accurately.

· Conduct regular meetings and site visits with clients.

• Team Leadership

· Lead and supervise a team of architects, designers, and site engineers.

· Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance when needed.

• Design Review & Quality Control

· Review and approve all design proposals and drawings.

· Ensure quality standards are maintained across all stages of the project.

• Budget & Cost Management

· Prepare and monitor project budgets.

· Approve material selections and vendor quotations.

• Vendor & Contractor Management

· Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.

· Ensure timely procurement and site execution.

• Site Supervision

· Conduct regular site inspections.

· Resolve on-site issues and ensure proper implementation as per design.

• Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain project records, including drawings, approvals, and site reports.

· Submit periodic progress reports to management and clients.

Problem Solving & Decision Making:

· Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Innovation & Improvement

· Stay updated with interior design trends and material innovations.

· Recommend process improvements for better efficiency.

Software Proficiency:

· Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience:

· A bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is often required.

· 2-5 years of experience in interior design and project management is generally expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
