Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Leadership:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.- Lead cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives from ideation to delivery.Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics, market research, and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve product performance.- Define and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.Customer-Centric Innovation:
- Anticipate customer needs and market trends to design innovative solutions.- Create exceptional user experiences that drive customer engagement and retention.Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver seamless product experiences.- Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment at all levels.

Key Qualifications:
- 8 -18 years of experience in B2C product management, with a focus on delivering scalable consumer-focused products.- Strong domain knowledge of industries such as e-commerce, fintech, mobility, hyperlocal services, or OTT platforms.- Demonstrated success in leading high-impact product launches and achieving business objectives.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data-driven product development.- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Hands-on experience with modern product management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Background:
- Deep understanding of user behavior, design thinking, and customer lifecycle management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹9,000,000.00 per year
