Job Overview:

The Head of Operations will be a seasoned professional in the construction and drilling segment in govt, and private sector manages all operational aspects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role reports into the Managing Director and involves supervising multiple project sites on Pan India level, leading teams, implementing strategies, managing resources, and overseeing both construction and drilling activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement long-term operational strategies aligning with company goals, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management.


Project Management:

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and quality standards.


Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage operations teams, setting clear expectations and holding individuals accountable.


Resource Management:

Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.


Operational Efficiency:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.


Budget Management:

Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions to optimize operational performance.


Safety and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.


Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.


Data Analysis:

Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


Quality Management:

Design, implement, and maintain a quality management system to ensure consistent quality.


Problem Solving:

Identify and address operational challenges, and develop and implement effective solutions.


Continuous Improvement:

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking out new technologies and processes to enhance operations.
