About the Role

The role involves working closely with various country teams to ensure the successful implementation and support of networking devices across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with various country teams for rack/stack the devices.
• Work closely with various countries carriers to track link deliverables.
• Preparation and apply base configurations on LAN/WAN devices.
• Work closely with various country teams for WIFI site survey for Mini/Small branches.
• Project execution for Mini/Small/Medium/Large sites.
• Work closely with SRA team for handover the devices.
• Support document preparations (LLD/diagrams/Device Checklist/SRA Checklist) for the projects.
• CVE fixes.
• Change coordination.
• Ensure the devices are brought into all required tools for performance monitoring.
• Deliverables - Swan project deliverables are global, so resource is expected to support all countries. Expectation is to deploy LAN/WAN/WIFI network extend post implementation support for some period.
• Support window - Indian standard working hours – 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM, implementation/migration support during weekends.
• Service level – Implementation must be in smooth manner with zero impact to the services. Pre/post implementation to be carried out in a controlled manner. Able to meet the deadlines set by management.
• Resource Skill set - Cisco / Aruba networks (LAN/WAN/WIFI).
• Work would be more towards working on weekends considering the project migrations or executions gets planned.

Qualifications

• Any graduate
• Certification: CCNA
• Experience: 5 Years of experience
• Location: Mumbai BKC – 1no and Chennai – 2 no

Required Skills

• Cisco / Aruba networks (LAN/WAN/WIFI)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project execution for various site sizes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with international teams.
