Senior MICE Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Sales Manager. The Senior MICE Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales process for large-scale events. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MICE sales, client relationship management, and business development
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
• Understanding of event planning, project management, and logistics
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the IT services industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
