Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Marketing Associate with strong political awareness and experience. The ideal candidate will lead and execute marketing strategies tailored for political campaigns, public perception, digital outreach, and constituency targeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage political marketing strategies and digital campaigns
• Coordinate with political clients for messaging, branding, and public outreach
• Analyze public sentiment, polls, and trends to design data-backed strategies
• Execute social media campaigns, ad management (Google/Facebook), and viral content creation
• Work closely with the design and content team to develop campaign assets
• Plan offline political events, ground-level promotions, and media PR initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Political Science, Mass Communication, or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or political campaign management
• Deep understanding of Indian politics, voter behavior, and election dynamics
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel
• Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional dialects is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
