We're expanding our brand presence and looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead our online voice and community engagement. Your Role: As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all major platforms. You'll work closely with the design and marketing teams to grow our brand and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow our presence across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) Create, edit, and publish engaging video content , especially Instagram Reels , and YouTube Shorts. Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls to action Monitor trends and adapt strategies to increase reach and engagement Analyze performance metrics and report on ROI and growth Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams Requirements: Proven experience managing social media accounts (especially Instagram) Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative eye for visual design and storytelling Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with paid social campaigns Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Knowledge of social media automation tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite) Are you a creative storyteller who thrives in the digital space?
