Job Overview:

Senior Manager – ELV Systems


📌

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Estimation & Design:
  • Review RFPs, tender documents, and drawings to prepare accurate BOQs and techno-commercial offers.
  • Liaise with OEMs and suppliers for pricing, product selection, and technical compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for value engineering and bid finalization.


🏗️ Project Execution:
  • Lead project execution covering site planning, team deployment, installation, commissioning, and client coordination.
  • Ensure technical compliance, safety standards, and timely delivery of ELV systems.
  • Conduct periodic project reviews and generate MIS reports for management.


🛠️ After-Sales & Service:
  • Develop and manage AMC contracts, SLAs, and client service protocols.
  • Establish a structured service desk for issue resolution and preventive maintenance.
  • Build a strong service culture and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / IT or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ELV project estimation, execution & service.
  • Expertise in systems like CCTV (IP/Analog), Fire Alarm, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Data Networking, and BMS.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling tools, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent leadership, client communication, and vendor management skills.
