We are looking for a Senior Manager - Data & BI to lead data architecture, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to empower data-driven decisions and automate customer operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain

    clean, scalable data pipelines

    and manage

    data archival

    processes.
  • Oversee development of

    Customer 360

    data platforms, enriching internal insights across teams.
  • Drive

    predictive modeling

    (Churn, LTV, activity scoring),

    recommendation engines

    , and

    product experimentation

    (A/B testing, pricing strategies).
  • Map and streamline

    customer journeys

    using data insights and automation.
  • Lead

    data democratization

    , building dashboards and self-serve tools for business units.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support to implement

    AI-based automation

    , sentiment analysis, and

    knowledge base enhancement

    .
  • Integrate

    voice/video interfaces

    and localised tools to scale support experiences.


Ideal Background:

  • 6–10 years in data science or data engineering with leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of ML for business applications and modern data stack (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, Looker, etc.).
