What You'll Do:

• Lead Campaign Ideation & Execution:

  Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communication campaigns for:
• Original Series on hoichoi
• Acquired Films launching as World Premieres
• Theatrical Releases under hoichoi Studios

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work in close collaboration with various internal teams to ensure seamless and aligned promotional efforts across all channels.

• Content Supervision:

  Oversee and refine scripts and copywriting across multiple departments. This includes short-format promos, ad copies, emailers, push notifications, and social captions, ensuring high-quality content in both

  Bengali and English

• Relationship Building:

  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, celebrities, and influencers to maximize their impact and reach in our promotional rollouts.

What You'll Need:

• Proven Experience:

  A minimum of 4-6+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or a similar role.

• Campaign Management Expertise:

  Demonstrated success in leading and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to completion.

• Exceptional Communication Skills:

  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both

  Bengali and English.

• Strategic Thinking:

  Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

• Adaptability:

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
