Senior Interior Designer

We are hiring for Senior Architect/Sr. Interior Designer (Only from Interiors/Architecture Background).

8-10 Yrs of Experience (BIM experience is must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage multiple commercial workplace/interior fit-out projects from concept through handover—space planning, FF&E selection, construction documentation, review of GFC and BOQs
• Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans, workflows, standards, templates, libraries, and quality control; perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to designers and BIM staff; coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Conduct client presentations, design reviews, site coordination; oversee local authority liaison and regulatory compliance
• Continuously improve BIM/design processes, incorporating digital tools and emerging technologies; support business development proposals

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Desired Skills

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.

Professional Architect License or Interior Designer Certification preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
