Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

We are looking for a decision-maker with strong communication skills and analytical ability to recognize the best candidates from the pool and attract applicants for relevant job positions. Your job will be to develop a successful and attractive recruitment strategy, produce job descriptions, and curate AI-free specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Organize and participate in in-depth interviews (either in person or virtually).
• Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure the smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Mentor and train junior recruiters, sharing best practices and strategies.
• Communicate job expectations clearly and professionally, ensuring transparency throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and company culture.
• Advise hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience of minimum 3 years in Recruitment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System and resume databases
• Experience and knowledge with sourcing techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional attitude and approach to handling candidates
• Professionally accustomed to Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Educational qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent field
