We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to assist with our hiring needs on a work-from-home basis. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates for various roles across departments. Prior experience in volume hiring or domain-specific hiring (factory, operations, sales, etc.) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Understand the hiring requirements of different departments and job roles Source potential candidates using online job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases Screen resumes and applications, shortlist candidates based on job criteria Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker Ensure timely closures of open positions Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field Minimum 3 year of recruitment experience (in-house or agency) Must have own laptop/desktop and internet connection Should be available to work for 3–5 hours a day as per requirement
