Senior HR Recruiter (Female only )

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Executive Location: Lucknow Experience: 1–3 years (Flexible based on company needs) Industry: IT Sector Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring across a range of roles, including Digital Marketers, PHP/WordPress Developers, Graphic Designers, IT Sales Executives,IT Tele callers, BDEs, and BDMs . The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing both technical and non-technical profiles with a strong grasp of the complete recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements. Draft and publish job postings on platforms such as Indeed, and others. Proactively source candidates via job portals, social media, and databases. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with the respective teams. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards. Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Requirements 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house). Proven track record in hiring for IT, digital marketing, and sales profiles. Proficiency with sourcing tools, job boards, and social platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting tools (a plus). Nice to Have Understanding of the IT and digital marketing industries. Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Basic knowledge of the roles being recruited.
