This position is part of our creative team in Pune, India

"We're seeking a creative visionary with over 5 years of experience in branding, packaging design, logo creation, product development, and product design."

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling visual concepts for Amazon product listings, A+ content, and storefronts.
• Ensure visuals align with brand strategy, style guides, and engage the target audience.
• Safeguard creative integrity throughout the design process.
• Stay informed about design trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Conduct thorough brand research to create consistent and resonant assets.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to refine designs and align with brand partners' vision.
• Maintain an organized file management system for efficient workflow.
• Create visually engaging presentations to communicate design concepts and strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant design field from an accredited program.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and expertise in consumer branding and packaging design.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience in overseeing and mentoring junior staff.
• Preferred experience with Amazon or similar marketplaces.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
