Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including social media creatives, brochures, banners, ads, infographics, packaging, and presentations.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and branding teams to develop creative solutions that meet business goals.
  
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and quality control.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
  
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovation and relevance.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  
• Oversee end-to-end design processes including ideation, layout, revisions, and final production.
  
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, agencies) as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
  
• Proven portfolio demonstrating design expertise across digital and print platforms.
  

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
  
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  
• Attention to detail with a creative flair.
