Job Summary:

Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently conceptualize, design, and execute innovative and creative visual solutions across digital, print, and other media.
• Develop original ideas and design strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with brand goals.
• Drive projects autonomously, managing time and resources effectively to meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed, while maintaining ownership of creative output and quality.
• Produce compelling graphics, branding, marketing materials, social media visuals, presentations, and other collateral.
• Continuously explore and experiment with new design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and elevate overall brand identity.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior designers as required.
• Present and justify creative concepts confidently to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for efficient workflow and future reference.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing innovative and original design work.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Exceptional creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent visual, typographic, and conceptual skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively when needed.
• Experience in digital, print, branding, and marketing design.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
