Senior Graphic Designer

Looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, infographics, social media posts, website graphics, and other marketing collateral for our clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all designs are visually appealing, effective, and aligned with the brand guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite , CANVA is a Must.
• Design and develop various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, infographics, social media posts, website graphics, and other marketing collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the client’s goals and create designs that align with their objectives
• Create visually appealing designs that communicate the message effectively
• Ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and meet the client’s requirements
• Work with a variety of software tools, such as Corel, Photoshop, Figma, to create designs
• Prepare design files for print or digital publication
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
• Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
• Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns
• Design and produce a wide array of media
• Develop our company brand to increase brand presence

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design’s production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• 3+ years’ of creative design experience
• Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong typography skills

Must have requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and Corel
• Strong knowledge of design principles, including colour theory, typography, and layout design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with web design
