Job Description:

• Strong experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI) for backend development, building efficient APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Optimize backend performance using AsyncIO, multithreading, and multiprocessing techniques.
• Lead technical aspects of projects, including architecture design and technology stack decisions.
• Develop modern web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for database management, optimization, and design.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for smooth deployment and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Ensure high application performance, scalability, and security across both frontend and backend.
• Implement cloud-based solutions for high availability and disaster recovery.

Skills:

• Proficient in Python, Node.js, React.js, Express.js, Flask, and Django.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and database optimization.
• Expertise in AsyncIO, multithreading, multiprocessing for concurrency.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Experience in Git, CI/CD tools, and version control systems.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor junior developers, and make technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skill
