Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role

Front-End Project Lead

• Strong understanding of core concepts, component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), Middleware and lifecycle methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into functional features.
• Own project planning, estimation, and execution across multiple front-end initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of front-end developers.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to front-end best practices.
• Optimize web applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD and environment management for front-end deployments.

Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Strong experience in SSR (Server-Side Rendering), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API integrations using Next.js.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Nano Stores.
• Experience working with version control systems (Git) and project management tools like Jira
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with automated JavaScript testing, specifically testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
• Proficiency with modern development tools, like Babel, Webpack, and Git

Nice to Have

• Experience with component libraries like Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, or Material UI.
• Familiarity with Cypress, Jest, or other testing frameworks.
• Understanding of micro-frontends or monorepo architectures (e.g., Nx, Turborepo).
