Senior Flutter Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.
• Lead the mobile development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying cross-platform apps using Flutter.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.
• Review and guide the development efforts of team members through code reviews, mentoring, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to define app features and functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, review code, and provide constructive feedback.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
• Ensure app quality through proper testing and debugging.
• Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs as required.
• Stay updated with new mobile technologies and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
• Experience in building and deploying mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with mobile front-end.
• Solid knowledge of state management techniques (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools for mobile deployment.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
