Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Vadodara. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing various aspects of HR management. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating recruitment, maintaining employee records, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Ability to develop and implement HR Policies
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
