Serving customers across regions such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, and South Africa, Modern Food Products is known for its reliable service and repeat business. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Vadodara. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing various aspects of HR management. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating recruitment, maintaining employee records, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations Ability to develop and implement HR Policies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Relevant certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
