About the Role:

 

The objective of this role is to enhance our client base by acquiring new business and driving growth from existing clients in our recruitment business vertical.

 

  • Title: Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager

 

  • Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent.
  • Desired Experience: 1-2 years

  

Job Description:

 

  • New Client Acquisition & Growth
    • Responsible to acquire new clients from the assigned geography and to grow business from existing clients.
    • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing and cold calling.
    • Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients through renewal, upselling and cross selling.
  • Consultative Selling:
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, their needs and proactively identify opportunities & pitch solutions to support client’s requirements using various recruitment solutions.
    • Periodically monitor product performance, usage data and share necessary analytics with relevant stakeholders.
  • Client Service & Engagement: Manage end to end recruitment campaigns and actively engage with the customers by monitoring product delivery, demonstrations and trainings.
  • Closure and Collection: Manage negotiation & collection process including commercials, legal sign-off and timely collections.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as a liaison between the client & internal teams to exchange feedback and deliver the best client experience
    • Partner with other departments (i.e. Legal, Finance) to ensure process compliance and adherence to guidelines. 

Required Skills:

 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • 1-2 years of corporate sales experience.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience and collaboration skills
  • Tactful, Persuasive and a Good Negotiator
  • Positive and Can Do attitude
