Job Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Platform Marketing Management
  • Must have proven experience in handling online marketing on Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Responsible for daily coordination with Amazon & Flipkart platform marketing teams to drive visibility and performance.
  • Product Listing & Catalogue Management
  • End-to-end product listing on Amazon and Flipkart, including content optimization, keyword tagging, and A+ content management.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of listings for better customer experience and discoverability.
  • Inventory & Fulfilment Operations
  • Daily operational handling of Amazon FBA/Seller Flex and Flipkart FBF/Seller Flex models.
  • Coordinating with warehouse teams for smooth order flow and timely replenishment.
  • Account Management – Brands
  • Full ownership of the brands account, driving growth, performance, and profitability.
  • Implement growth strategies and monitor KPIs regularly.
  • Product Review & Reputation Management
  • Monitor and manage product reviews and ratings.
  • Take proactive steps to improve customer feedback and resolve negative experiences.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce management, preferably with Amazon & Flipkart.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and related tools.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting metrics and sales dashboards.
